Alphabet Cipher Plate
Arrange the letters into your own private order, then cast them onto the plate. The wheel recalculates its rings and angles from whatever set of glyphs you give it.
Midnight Moon
Y travels with the vowels — it keeps the plate's rings (8 / 6 / 6[/6]) dividing evenly. "Alternate rings" changes only where each ring's letters land on the plate (top → upper-left → upper-right → left → right → ... → bottom, instead of straight clockwise); it does not reorder the letter chips above.
The plate waits, unmarked.
